• Warranty check and vehicle tracking: plate, last 4 digits of the phone, warranty code. The query is forwarded to the warranty system through our server; query logs are kept for 30 days for security.
• Dealership application: identity, contact, business and workshop details; IP and timestamp. A detailed notice is provided on the application form.
• Contact form: nothing is stored on the server; the message opens in WhatsApp on your device.
• Technical logs: server access logs (IP, browser, time) for 30 days.

Fonts and all site files load from our own server; opening a page sends no request to Google or any other provider. The map opens from Google Maps only when you press "Load map". WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp only when you tap them.

This site does not use cookies. If an analytics tag (Google Analytics) is enabled, it will be stated on this page and in a consent dialog.

Warranty check: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Dealership application: directly related to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest (5/2-c, 5/2-f). Marketing messages and retention of unsuccessful applications: only with explicit consent (5/1).

Data is kept on our servers in Türkiye and is not transferred abroad. Lawful requests from competent authorities are reserved. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods of the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law apply.
